Our production environment includes industrial laser cutting equipment for metal fabrication work. Metal components can be processed to customized shapes and dimensions on this equipment, subject to the material type, thickness, design requirements and approved production specifications.

For stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products, the manufacturing process may include material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, according to the design of the product.

Before production, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications, with final processing methods and tolerances depending on the configuration chosen and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Metal sheets and components for customized metal products are processed on industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, preparing metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Key requirements, including material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish, are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication. The actual processing sequence depends on the product design and manufacturing requirements.

Our manufacturing process focuses on preparing metal components according to confirmed product requirements, supported by dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including loop continuity and joint positions across long runs.

Project Application: Custom Metal Entrance and Decorative Screen Design for a Modern Chinese-Style Building

Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.
