We operate industrial laser cutting equipment as part of our metal fabrication setup. Metal components can be processed to customized shapes and dimensions, within the limits of the material type, its thickness, the design requirements and the approved production specifications.

Material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication begins; the actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Our process focuses on preparing metal components according to confirmed product requirements, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including frame flatness and flute clearance at the rebate.

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
