Manufacturing Process

Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting Capabilities

Laser cutting forms the starting point of most work in our plant. Industrial cutting equipment allows metal parts to be produced to custom shapes and dimensions, within the limits set by the material, its thickness, the design intent and the production specification finally approved.

For stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products, the route generally runs through material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, with the exact order set by the product design.

Before cutting begins, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are checked against the approved drawings and the order specification. Final processing methods and tolerances follow the configuration actually selected and the manufacturing requirements that go with it.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Sheet metal work in our workshop is carried out on industrial metalworking equipment, used for both flat sheets and formed components in customized metal products.

According to the approved design, sheet metal fabrication can cover measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, preparing components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Material specification, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication starts. The processing sequence itself depends on the product design and on the manufacturing requirements.

The workshop concentrates on preparing components to the confirmed requirements, with dimensional and visual checks placed at the production stages where they matter, so that the acrylic mosaic layout and the surrounding frame are checked against the same drawing.

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
