Final processing methods and tolerances depend on the chosen configuration and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Metal sheets and components for customized metal products are processed on industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop.

Depending on the approved design and configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, preparing metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Before fabrication, material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. The actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.
