Dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications ahead of production, with final processing methods and tolerances depending on the configuration chosen and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Metal sheets and formed components for customized metal products are processed on industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, helping to prepare components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Key requirements, from material specifications and dimensions to component geometry and surface finish, are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication; the processing sequence depends on the product design and manufacturing requirements.
