Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting Capabilities

Laser cutting on industrial equipment is one of the fabrication capabilities in our production environment. Metal components can be cut to customized shapes and dimensions, subject to the material type, thickness, design requirements and approved production specifications.

For stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products, the process may cover material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, as the product design dictates.

Before production, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. Final processing methods and tolerances depend on the configuration selected and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop supports the processing of metal sheets and components for customized metal products.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, helping prepare metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Key requirements such as material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication begins, and the actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Project Application: Custom Metal Entrance and Decorative Screen Design for a Modern Chinese-Style Building

Shown above is a modern Chinese-style building entrance composed of metal door frames, glazed panels and decorative metal detailing, where warm metallic tones, a grid geometry and traditional elements are held in balance. Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.
