Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting Capabilities

Metal fabrication in our production environment makes use of industrial laser cutting equipment. Metal components can be processed to customized shapes and dimensions, subject to the material type, its thickness, the design requirements and the production specifications that have been approved.

For stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products, the manufacturing process may involve material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, depending on how the product is designed.

Before production, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are checked against the approved drawings and order specifications; final processing methods and tolerances depend on the configuration selected and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop is used to process metal sheets and components for customized metal products.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, preparing metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication; the actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Our process is focused on preparing metal components to confirmed product requirements, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including fan radius and leaf spacing on radial patterns.

Project Application: Custom Metal Entrance and Decorative Screen Design for a Modern Chinese-Style Building

The entrance shown above combines metal door frames, glazed panels and ornamental metal detailing in a modern Chinese-style composition, where warm finishes and geometric motifs carry the design. Our fan pattern screens follow the same principle: the ornamental geometry has to be worked out at panel scale, not applied as a graphic.

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
