Metal Fabrication and Laser Cutting Capabilities

Our production environment uses industrial laser cutting equipment in metal fabrication. Metal components can be processed to customized shapes and dimensions, within the limits imposed by the material type, thickness, design requirements and the production specifications approved for the order.

Where stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products are produced, manufacturing may cover material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, as the product design requires.

Dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are checked against the approved drawings and order specifications before production. Final processing methods and tolerances depend on the selected configuration and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop supports the processing of metal sheets and components for customized metal products.

Sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, depending on the approved design and product configuration, and prepares metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Before fabrication, material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. The processing sequence that follows depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Preparation of metal components to confirmed product requirements is the focus of our process, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including suspension point positions on hanging systems.

Decorative metal screens often define the architectural character of commercial buildings, showrooms and hotel entrances. Among the partitions we produce, hanging systems are the ones where structural discipline matters most: the screen has to look light while carrying real load.

A hanging screen is governed by the suspension detail, the load path into the slab or beam, the lateral restraint at the base, and the unit weight of each glass block. Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.
