Industrial laser cutting equipment is used in our production environment for metal fabrication operations, allowing metal components to be processed into customized shapes and dimensions, subject to material type, thickness, design requirements and approved production specifications.

Before production, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications; final processing methods and tolerances depend on the configuration chosen and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Our production workshop uses industrial metalworking equipment to support processing of metal sheets and components for customized metal products.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, and these steps prepare metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Key requirements such as material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication begins, with the actual processing sequence set by the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Our process focuses on preparing metal components according to confirmed product requirements, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including frame curvature control against the glass specification.

Decorative metal screens contribute a great deal to the architectural character of commercial buildings, showrooms and hotel entrances. Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.
