Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Our production workshop is set up with industrial metalworking equipment to process metal sheets and components for customized metal products.

Sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, depending on the approved design and configuration, and prepares metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Before fabrication, key requirements, including material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish, are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. The actual processing sequence depends on the product design and manufacturing requirements.

Preparation of metal components to the confirmed product requirements is central to our process, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including oval frame proportion relative to the glass block module.

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

4. What is your MOQ ?
