Industrial laser cutting equipment forms part of the fabrication capability in our production environment. Customized shapes and dimensions can be processed on metal components, subject to the material type, its thickness, the design requirements and the approved production specifications.

For stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products, the manufacturing process may involve material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, according to the product design.

Before production starts, dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. Final processing methods and tolerances depend on the configuration selected and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Our production workshop is equipped with industrial metalworking equipment for processing metal sheets and components used in customized metal products.

Depending on the approved design and product configuration, sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, preparing metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Key requirements, including material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish, are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before fabrication. The actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Our manufacturing process concentrates on preparing metal components to confirmed product requirements, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including base frame flatness and glass retention on freestanding units.

Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.
