Industrial laser cutting equipment is one of the fabrication tools in our production environment. Metal components can be processed into customized shapes and dimensions, within the limits set by the material type, the thickness, the design requirements and the approved production specifications.

Where stainless steel room dividers, decorative screens and metal frame products are made, the manufacturing process may involve material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing and assembly, depending on how the product is designed.

Dimensions, material grade, frame structure, surface finish and installation requirements are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications before production begins, with final processing methods and tolerances depending on the configuration selected and the actual manufacturing requirements.

Metal Sheet Forming and Fabrication Process

Metal sheets and components for customized metal products are processed on industrial metalworking equipment in our production workshop.

Sheet metal fabrication may involve measuring, cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and assembly, depending on the approved design and product configuration, preparing metal components for stainless steel screens, decorative partitions and custom metal frames.

Before fabrication, key requirements including material specifications, dimensions, component geometry and surface finish are confirmed against the approved drawings and order specifications. The actual processing sequence depends on the product design and the manufacturing requirements.

Our process is directed at preparing metal components to confirmed product requirements, with dimensional and visual checks at relevant production stages, including slat spacing and LED channel routing behind the silhouette.

Decorative metal screens carry a large part of the architectural character in commercial buildings, showrooms, hotel entrances and other public spaces. Working on stainless steel partition projects for hotels, restaurants and sales centres, we regularly see how a patterned screen has to answer to two things at once: the design language of the building and the practical demands of the space it divides.

Whether a design can be built as drawn depends on pattern density, the smallest radius the laser can cut cleanly, panel size against sheet format, the alloy chosen (304 or 316), and how the screen is anchored. Our Foshan workshop, established in 2015 and ISO 9001 certified, handles laser cutting, CNC punching and bending, full and spot welding, multi-stage polishing and vacuum PVD colouring in house, so these questions are answered against our own equipment rather than assumed.

Answer: We are the manufacturer, our register factory is located in the main stainless steel production  base of China-Foshan City which is near Guangzhou/Shenzhen port.

2. How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivery timely?

 Answer: Supply Ability: 50000 Pieces/month, late delivery refund $30 per day.  

3. How about your design ability? Do you offer OEM service?

 Answer: we have our own design department, and have offer design service for thousands of cooperative partner. OEM accept and offer confidentiality agreement "business secret contract" for your design safe.    

4. What is your MOQ ?

 Answer: Usually our MOQ is 500M per item, but we can accept less quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

5. Can I get samples?

 Answer: Yes, for existing samples, we are willing to offer the free samples for you, would you mind to bear the express cost? free sample can be sent to you on the base of buyer bear the express cost.

6. How long is the production lead time?
